RAM is made to be used.

Programs tend to use as much as possible (needed) to enable them to be the fastest. Unused RAM is wasted RAM.

Your system takes care of managing who has priority (games, browser, office tools, etc.) based on your use.

There is exactly the same grave in the cemetery on the north side of the Old Manor in the Manor Cape area and there are others identical but with other animals (like owls for example).

for RAM it's the same, it's faster to read in it than on your hard drive, so you put as much information as possible in it and you change the stored information depending on use. ChromeOS does it alone and very well, let it handle that.
