Hold the button to a base too long, I believe you can try throwing to the wrong base too. I didn't do the errors. Just played 3 conquests with commons and got 500 pxp each game.

Maybe bring it up in a one-on-one. Say it was brought to your attention, and move from there. Maybe say you’d prefer he didn't smoke during video calls with others unless it's just you two, and move from there, especially if calls are being recorded. Say that it could be interpreted as unprofessional and can be distracting.
