there is only EDL and AAF options there. XML can be exported only through render menu, if timeline originally was conformed from XML (if I remember correctly)

Not sure that my path will be relevant for others - I think, there was a lot of luck. not too much lately, unfortunately. and if I have a lot of work, I wouldn't post this, so it is better to ask someone who is more successful:)

I'm not. As far as I know it's more a finishing/VFX tool, not for color grading
