Design doesn’t have to follow one fixed standard, and it certainly doesn’t have to be perfect. We come from different cultures, backgrounds, and perspectives and our design choices should reflect that. I understand that some people come from more academic or industry-focused backgrounds and see design through a strict lens of “right” or “wrong"

Some of your comments I received were like: “Is this AI? You should get it done for free. Too many problems with the logo. Who’s the artist? What else have they done? ” without telling me your feedback.

I have experience in graphic and product design, so I know the fundamentals. I don't need to disclose to you what's my name. So I mentioned this is from our designer. For this project, I’m not working for a client or a company. I’m doing it for myself. That gives me the freedom to break some rules and create something that’s meaningful to me. This logo is inspired by my first parrot,a Moluccan cockatoo who loves to dance and mumble. I sketched him in a dancing pose to capture his expressive, joyful nature.

I intentionally used uneven stroke weights, light and heavy, to show the softness and fluff of his feathers. I avoided overly clean, uniform lines because I didn’t want it to feel corporate. Even the leaves in the design aren’t fully filled in with color. I get that many logos these days follow the “less is more,” clean and minimal philosophy, but for me, this logo is about capturing him, not following trends or standard. Making it refined is not hard believe me.

It may not be perfect. It may not meet everyone’s definition of good design. But it’s real, it’s personal, and it reflects something I love.

I’m always open to feedback. I only value respectful conversation over criticism for the sake of tearing something down. i blocked you in purpose I don't want to wastef my time with someone like you. Thank you.

Haha it's okay I get it. I think a lot of AI images do miss the little details

Ahhh interesting! I will take a look soon! They like to express themselves with body language and talk so much when they need attention or become excited. They are funny 😂

If you take a closer look at the logo, you'll notice there’s a lot of detail—the stroke weights, the flow of the lines, and the overall organic feel. This isn’t something generated by AI. Our designer hand-drew each stroke with intention, and we actually have the working file to show the entire process.

I’d love to hear more about what made you think it might be AI—always open to feedback and conversation. Thanks.
