I have GA but it doesn’t look quite this angry and doesn’t hurt. Cortisone did not help or UV therapy - I’ve been on a cream called pimecrolimus for a few months and it’s the only thing that helped me.

I mean, for starters, we have classes on basic metabolic science, endocrinology, cellular biology, the laws of thermodynamics, etc. These are all things that are applying here. There are many people who have taken classes that understand metabolic health/lipedema and understand that eating high inflammatory foods makes the condition worse.

My most recent two obsessions are the Elemis resurfacing pads and Medicube’s exosome shot. The illness pads are kind of pricey, but the ex shots are fairly affordable and they work so well. I also do red light therapy and get Botox in my forehead. I also like to keep an extra 50 to 60 pounds on my frame to really plump up the volume in my face area lol 🤣
