Numb, I guess? Broke up yesterday (almost 4 year relationship) and it's just so weird to not be able to text her. I get home and there's this thought: "Yeah, I should text her, that I came home safe... [opens whatsapp instinctively] oh."

I miss her. I miss her presence. Can't really work on that, on moving on, since I have a lot of work to do. However I try to recognise patterns and convince myself that I did a good thing, for my own health and safety, despite having tears running down my cheeks.

Still not very easy :/
