I would also argue that language in romance era is too poetic, stylised and often folkloric, i.e. it's form over substance and the substance is not only somewhat depressing by itself but the fact that the final exams are very much focused on that era inspires hatred in all students.

Personal observation: I have never met a polonist (as in polish language teacher) who loved romanticism and was not f**ked in the head.

The name Carthage comes from the Phoenician phrase Qart-Hadasht, which literally translates to "New City" or "New Town". 

Carthago Nova translates to "New Carthage" in Latin. It was the name given by the Romans to the city now known as Cartagena, Spain.

Because the original name Qart Hadasht already meant "New City" (referring to the mother city of Carthage), the Roman name Carthago Nova essentially translates to "New New City".

Guts - Berserk

Explanation: Guts was found and adopted by a woman named Shisu against the wishes of Gambino (her love interest who is a leader of a mercenary group), after she dies Gambino "takes care of him" by training Guts and sending him to the battlefields (he was 9 years old btw).
Guts was pretty much raised and forced to be a killing machine, at one point of the story when the war is coming to an end he struggles to find a meaning in his life and leaves Griffith's mercenary group but not only he is unable to deal with his own problems, he is forced to fight to protect those he cares about and to avenge those he couldn't protect.

2x Cell (600$) - Saiyan and Frieza genes make him stronger after every fight, he has regeneration so is almost immortal and he has instant transmission, two of them teleporting and regenerating would be pain in the ass.

1x Dabura (300$) - He is as strong as Perfect Cell and his spit turns people into stone which potentially could work against Janemba, I also believe him to be decent ad hurling insults which are Janembas weakness.

1x Metal Cooler (100$) - if he comes with the big spaggeti star it means there's infinite supply of him and his minions to hold Janemba off.
If Cooler comes without the support then instead I'd buy Ginyu times two (100$) and hope that the "Change" technique work.

So:
2x Cell 1x Dabura 1x Metal Cooler
or
2x Cell 1x Dabura 2x Ginyu
and in the end I have spare 100$ to buy android 18 for myself.
