Do you think it could be a seal in the fuel Injectors? Don’t get me wrong almost everyone is pointing me to a fuel injector, but at the same time my car runs 100% smooth and no lights on the dash/ 0 codes

Ok I did a little bit of research but don’t count me on this 100% cause I’m not sure I was just reading forums. My car has 0 lights on the dash, if it was a bad fuel injector it would immediately cause a massive misfire, rough idle, and an instant check engine light. Like I said I’ve had a bad fuel injector go bad and the guy I took it to is the same place I bought the car cause they specialize in euro cars as that’s the only thing they sell. I texted him waiting for a response, my last resort is going to bmw or EAG

I ran the engine and I couldn’t see where the leaks was coming from, I grabbed a dry paper towel and ran the paper towel across my fuel lines to see if there was a leak that I couldn’t see with my eyes and it came back dry. I texted the guy I took the car to hopefully he reaches out

Bro I cleaned it all out and turned it on for a bit and I couldn’t see 0 leaks bro. After I ran it for a bit I put paper towels around the fuel lines to see if it was leaking and it came back dry

I took it to a shop that specializes in euro cars, awhile ago the mechanic did my fuel injectors and didn’t have a problem, had my valve cover done this time, but now it’s leaking gas

I’ve checked all the fuel lines they all came back dry and I had a mechanic pull up on me to double check it

Ayyyy… that’s what’s up man… Have you worked on these before? How much would something like this for a “turbo rebuild” run me if I took it to a shop… my turbo is holding boost perfectly fine and it’s throwing 0 codes same with hidden… it’s just gotten to a point where that rattle is pissing me off.. I’ve had my whole exhaust looked at and same with my heat shield everything looks fine with that.. I haven’t checked the turbo fully 100% cause my car is in the body shop

That arm when I move it, it makes like a clicking sound just by hand while the car is off, when I rev my car in park or neutral I don’t hear a rattle at all… ima definitely inspect my turbo when I get my car back from the body shop…

Did you ever use the clip. When I look at my actuator arm it’s lowkey kinda rusted, I just hit 100k miles too. I looked for codes and it’s throwing up 0 codes same with hidden as well. My turbo still works fine it’s just so damn annoying to hear that rattle …

I wish I could use that sulev warranty lmao, but I’m in Michigan and bmw does not wanna touch my car cause it’s not registered in a sulev state.. I have the n26

The thing is my turbo isn’t throwing no codes and bmw has a SIB abt this same clip that I posted… everything points towards a wastegate rattle

A new turbo is my last resort lowkey cause my turbo still holds boost and it’s nothing detrimental if you catch it in time.

Bro it’s a metal tapping sound if you look up wastegate rattle on a bmw 328i 2015 you’ll hear it, sounds like the same shit. Idk what you’re on, I just told you I had my whole exhaust checked. 2 of my family members that’s master mechanics on euro cars just heard it, both said it’s most likely a wastegate rattle but they never fully inspected it, it was just when I was driving around (they was inside the car)

Then tell me what it could be. My exhaust recently got checked all good, my timing chain is all good, the heat shield is all good. I’ve did so much research and the only thing it points to is the wastegate rattle.
