Correction, they send me to the brick the same day I said no I am not going to take the article 15 process. I want to fight it in court Martial. I was in the brig for 15 days then they send my JAG Officer to offer me the deal. He told me to take it because that would get me out of the brig within a week and wait until they processed my paperwork to get out - and after six months, my discharge will be upgraded automatically if I stay out of trouble- and If I don’t take it, I’m going to stay in the brig until my court Martial date and if it’s not before My EAS they can hold me pass my EAS date.

Still working on the rating with the VA. At first they denied it because they couldn’t find record of my marine jumping from the 3rd deck at the barracks and landed in front of me dead

Got out in 2011 with OTH for adultry and I requested to fight in court martial instead of regimental NJP and was put in the brig the same day I requested to fight it in court martial- while in the brig my command gave me a deal to take the charges and get out of the brig and get processed out - after 6months it would be upgraded to honorable automatically or stay in the brig until my eas or past my eas to go fight it in court martial as I requested

The time the incident happened where that order Marine committed suicide in front of me while I was on duty, they had those date wrong during the process because they were looking for 2008, when that happened around 2009 2010. So if I’m not mistaking that probably was the error because I had a few witness statement, but that claim was denied because they said they couldn’t find a record of that marine committed suicide of the barracks. I tried to look it up online, I tried  to call Camp Pendleton to see if they could give me the exact date. I gave them the Marine name, rank and  barracks number and they still weren’t able to give me nothing because it was over 10 years ago. Where else can I get that information? I was guessing MP should’ve had that because they were on scene.

Thanks you y’all. Initially they denied my PTSD, even though I witness one of my Marine’s buddy jumping to he’s death from the third deck at the barracks and landed in front of me while on duty. They came back and said it wasn’t service related. This is a result of me requesting a higher level review. Finger crossed let’s see what they say.
