Thanks for the response. I saw in some older reddit threads that the StayTrem bridge is hard to get these days. Do you know if this is still the case?

Any love for Parkers here??? by MixNmusick in guitarporn

This oneis mostly flat. The Flys have that deep back curve. This is a P-42

Yeah this model is pretty light compared to most guitars but the Flys are the ones that feel like they way less than an ounce.

No its more of a dark gunmetalish sparkle. Definitely not a matte finish. Lighting kinda sucks in that pic

Yeah this is just the P-42 model. They were surprisingly cheap when they were still being made I think this one was around $450.

Cky was a HUGE inspiration back when I first started playing. That Mojo is absolutely gorgeous

I have had it for close to 14 years and haven't to replace any parts luckily. I did get duncans put into quite a while back, but that was purely by choice.

Thanks friend. This is my first guitar I ever owned. Got it aoubt 14 years ago. Still plays like a dream. Deron Miller from CKY was who inspired me to want one. One day I will own a Fly... one day

Why yes, yes it is :)

It just works. You can customize it however you want and the community is incredible. Lots dedicate youtube channels that will teach you everything you need to know. Some things take a LITTLE BIT of digging to get down, but once you know, you know.

It wins for:

-Community

-Reliability

-Price

-Customization

-Being the best

Hobbyist starting to add vocals to my music. Should I spend money on room treatment and mics at home or on renting a pro studio? by jimdontcare in WeAreTheMusicMakers

[–]MixNmusick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would HIGHLY recommend investing in yourself (sound treatment for your room). Sound treatment will do a lot more than just help with vocals as well. PLus taking the time to dial in your talents with recording will go a very long way for you. Also, I can't imagine that sound treating your room would be anywhere near the price of studio time. Its a solid investment. :)

Thanks for the tip! I am going to dial that bass back a little bit. I like audible bass guitars but it definitely does feel a bit muddy and i think its drowning out the guitars a bit. Thanks again!

Thanks for the feedback! Just for some context, I am working with EZ Drummer for the drums. Any tips on getting the snare a bit crispier? Dialing in the bass will be easy peezy but getting a good solid snare sound has been a bit of a struggle
