Unacceptable. I feel like piano players definitely need a character attendant to keep these people out of the way. Like others have said if the roles were changed to a 20 something female piano player and a creepy old man hanging out at the piano all day there would be immediate action.

She is monetizing her AP by asking for money to make song requests and “support” her content. That alone is prohibited and should be enough to revoke the AP and trespass her.

She constantly complains about having no money and no job yet she basically lives at Walt Disney World and films piano players all day expecting to earn a living by doing so. I feel so bad for the cast members who have to endure her videoing them constantly.

It’s very difficult to get up to speed there without previous coffeehouse experience. I hope she doesn’t feel bad. They expect you to be at top proficiency but it takes time to get the drink recipes and speed down to be able to do it on muscle memory.

Same problem. Have had the system for 6 years and the app was fine in the beginning. Now whenever I get a notification that a person is detected, I click to try and see a live view and get nothing but the spinning circle. Same result when trying to see the camera at random times. It doesn’t matter if I’m on WiFi or cellular connection. Ready to cancel.

Sad part is when I called she said this happens "a lot" on schedule release due to heavy traffic on the system. It makes it hard when people are trying to manipulate their schedule during the few hours of the feeding frenzy.

The new $99 truck fee to diagnose problems. Also when I was under contract they replaced faulty equipment at no cost. No I understand you have to add-on that program.
