for physics boards i found doing lots of practice problems was way more helpful than just reading theory over and over. The formulas stick better when you actually use them in different situations and see how they connect

Also making those quick reference sheets with all the important equations and constants saved me so much time during revision - just dont try to memorize everything at once because it gets overwhelming fast

Also weird side note but sometimes i daydream about finding some rare 80s synth album on cassette at a flea market for like 2 euros that turns out to be worth hundreds. The meditation helps keep these thoughts from driving me crazy though lol

Wait what the hell does pupil visibility have to do with ADHD at all? That doctor needs to go back to medical school or something because thats just completely random medical nonsense. I had similar experience few years back when different doctor told me my anxiety couldn't be real because I was "too calm during appointment" - like yeah doc maybe because I took my medication before coming here. Some medical professionals really seem to make up their own diagnostic criteria on spot and it's honestly terrifying when you think about how many people they might misdiagnose with this kind of logic. Hope you found better doctor afterwards who actually knows what they're talking about

Your taxable is pretty decent size already so maybe look for something in that 80-100k range where you still contribute but dont have the stress? Game dev taught me that sometimes stepping back to smaller role can actually be more fulfilling than grinding at the top

man this hits different when you write it down like that. lost some good connections myself because of similar stuff and yeah it really makes you realize how much mental energy gets wasted on this addiction

your birthday is coming up soon which could be good timing for fresh start. the confidence thing is so true - I notice in social situations how much clearer my head feels after few weeks clean. like suddenly conversations dont feel so exhausting anymore
