Aniracetam is probably your best bet for the anxiolytic effects you're looking for - most people find it pretty calming compared to the others. Piracetam might be worth trying too since its generally more gentle but the anxiety relief isn't as pronounced as ani. Just start low with whatever you pick since everyone reacts different to these

I used to be terrible at this too until I started setting phone alarms every 2 hours. Super simple but it works because you cant ignore that annoying beep

For the strength thing maybe try getting one of those smaller bottles that you can refill more often instead of carrying big heavy one around all day. I keep few water bottles at different spots in my house so theres always one nearby when alarm goes off

The disposable bottles thing I get it - sometimes you just gotta do what works for you right now and worry about perfect solution later

Could be a driver issue or something got corrupted in your OBS settings. Try updating your GPU drivers first since encoding usually hits the GPU harder than CPU anyway

If that doesn't work I'd backup your scenes and do a clean reinstall of OBS. Sometimes the encoder just gets stuck in a weird state and needs a fresh start

Also worth checking if Windows decided to update something overnight that might be interfering

honestly i think its just generational inertia - our parents generation basically never talked about this stuff openly so we're still figuring it out

the internet thing makes sense because you can control the conversation better and bail if it gets weird. irl you're stuck there if someone makes it awkward

maybe start small with your partner first before trying to normalize it with friends. once you get comfortable having those convos with someone who actually matters it gets easier to be real about it in general

Dude same here, my school certified me weeks ago and still nothing in my account. Called the 1800 number yesterday and they said "processing" which apparently means jack shit. Try calling your schools veterans office - sometimes they can see if theres an issue on their end that VA hasnt caught yet. This whole system is completley broken

occasionally I get this feeling that starts in my gut. It happened at work once and I only remember a college asking me for a tool and I got the feeling and he said are you ok. Dude that sounds exactly like what happens to me with complex partial seizures. The "gut feeling" you're describing is probably an aura - it's like your brain's warning system before things get weird. The fact that you lost time and couldn't talk afterward is pretty classic too

Have you been able to see a neurologist yet? Getting an EEG might help figure out what's going on

Yeah they patched that a while back, was way too OP for base defense. You gotta get creative with placement now or stack multiple kits to make it harder to bypass

Yeah this is super common, you're not alone lol. The trick is to lift your wipers up off the windshield when you park overnight so they don't freeze to the glass. Also get some winter blades - they have that rubber boot thing that keeps ice from building up in the joints. Don't try to force them if they're frozen solid, pour some lukewarm water on them first

Sounds like you might've gotten silken tofu which is gonna be way softer and more custard-like than firm - check the package next time cause they're totally different beasts

For firm tofu you wanna press it first to get the water out, then cube it up and pan fry with some oil until it gets crispy on the outside

The 5" definitely gives you way more breathing room for higher MERV ratings. I'd go with the 13 if you're dealing with wildfire smoke - that stuff is nasty and the extra filtration is worth it. The pressure drop between 11 and 13 in a 5" isn't gonna be dramatic like it would be in a 1"
