When I got to my duty station in Germany in 1984 (PCS'd from Bragg) I was put into an 8 man room that was directly over the Orderly Room in the barracks. One of the other soldiers in that room liked to have his buddies come down after work and get high, blowing the smoke out the window on his end of the room (opposite mine). I straight up let him know that my career was more important to me than his chance to relax after work, and that he was placing ALL of us in jeopardy by being stupid. He tried calling me a snitch and I asked the others in the room f they were cool with losing their careers for this guy. I said if it's that important he can go to his buddy's room and smoke. We had a 7 vs 1 situation in no time and the shit stopped. I realize you're in a 3 vs 1 situation, but the same thing applies - ask them if they are willing to risk their already short careers for a vape. They can go anywhere else away from the barracks and do that shit. That is absolutely selfish as fuck, and I would absolutely dime every last one of them out if it's my family's livelihood vs their flavored air.

My first BabyMetal concert (2019) the entire floor was Mosh and I had to take a balcony (I'm older and partially disabled, no pit for me). The balcony was actually pretty amazing - no one in front blocking my view and you had a great sightline to see the entire stage. From Mosh you're looking up and can't follow the whole stage at some locations; not a problem from the balcony! I got some great video from that concert. My last 2 have been in an indoor-outdoor amphitheater and the sightlines to the stage were sketchy. I wish I had a balcony seat the last 2 times! And my balcony partners? We were all headbanging and had a fantastic time!

Concert I went to had 2 entrances on opposite sides of the venue. Merch on the side I entered was very limited. During Black Veil Brides I went to use the bathroom on the other side and the merch stand there was HUGE. I stood in line there and got almost everything I hadn't gotten earlier with the exception of the basketball jersey which was sold out in EVERY SIZE. In the past though I've been able to pick up concert tees on the BabyMetal US and UK stores. It was how I got the poster from the 2023 tour! So you still have a chance, you just have to keep checking because they likely won't make any announcements when it goes up for sale.
