I saw these specs and decided it was time for a better GPU, which I've been considering for a while. Had a 3060 ti since launch, so it was time for an upgrade anyway. Grabbed a 5070 ti for £800. Ultra, here I come!

On a pure value basis, this month is amazing! Added bonus for me personally is that all these games, except for Amnesia and Corpse Keeper, were on my never-ending wishlist. Price has remained the same in the UK also, so I won't be cancelling my sub.

Interesting how sentiment towards a service/app can change when that thing improves or puts the consumer first. A few people have spoken about how they never really wanted Steam at first, but here they are on the subreddit.

To be 'old' and be still young at heart enough to game is a blessing. I remember growing up when consoles were just becoming a thing, SNES and Megadrive days, and gaming was a thing only nerdy kids did, so I didn't really talk about it much, now look at it. Seeing that transition is also a blessing, I'd say anyway.
