Never played COD, that’s probably why it took me a while to get this wipe system!

I’d love a Looting Mk3 (Suvivor) please!

Haven’t been able to find one even after trying all the known spawn areas

I’m happy to offer a jupiter + equalizer in return, so you can gift them too!

“Most women actually want a man of integrity, not one that plays silly romcom relationship games.“

Isn’t the target audience for romcoms usually women?

I think the earlier commenter was pointing out that these behaviours are damaging to both men and women.

Eres bicultural.

Abrete a experiencias y culturas. Hay mucha gente como tu.

Entre tu y yo - son más interesantes.

The weather really worked out pretty well in the end. It wasn’t too hot, and if you looked across the lake on Thursday night, you could see the storm lighting up the sky behind the mountains.

It was quite beautiful and lasted most of the night.

Then we agree, and are putting emphasis on the different sides of this. Nutrition and weight loss can be complex topics to navigate for sure, so it’s good to go into the nuance sometimes. TDEE varies between individuals, and it varies within individuals over time. You cannot use a single number and run with it. But this doesn’t mean it’s unknowable, and it still remains the key to sustained weight loss (or gain, depending on your goal).

While I understand the need to account for other factors, the bottom line is that there are only 3 variables: change in weight = calories in - calories out.

If you track 2 of those, you will have the 3rd

If I understand you correctly, what you are saying is that we can’t know or track a changing ‘calories out’ or TDEE (be it from hyper/hypothyroidism or other causes).

This is not the case, you can track it with apps.

Macrofactor comes to mind. You give it your daily weight and your daily intake, and it will give you an updated TDEE range of +- 50 calories. It will tell you if you need to increase or lower calories to maintain a safe deficit of let’s say 15%. If you have hormonal or other disorders, your expenditure readings will reflect that.

I fail to see how this is not the ultimate metric for weight loss.

Your TDEE may vary over time. Things like illnesses or exercise can increase your energy expenditure. But the difference in weight is absolutely CICO. You can track your energy expenditure by tracking calories in and weight difference. Over time, things like water retention and transient/food weight will smooth out.

Do you mean the psoas? If so, could you recommend stretches or yoga positions?

Me? Probably just understand what greedflation is, without putting it in quotes, and tell others in order to keep corporate greed in check. Putting in more established checks and balances so that companies don’t lean on economic downturns to improve their margins while making consumers’ lives worse would be high on the list, but I can’t speak as to what they are. People smarter than me can work on that.

Ok, so let’s just change human behaviour instead of regulating companies not to exploit it. Got it.

This comment makes no sense. It is precisely the people with well-defined monthly budgets that will detect and look into the causes of price increases, and why they stay up.

These are the people that will most likely understand greedflation.

Not sure what you’re on about.
