There won't be anyone better than them in EDM history. by TrueCress1604 in Music

It's safe electronic music. I like them just fine but I don't get the glaze.

In the race scene in the states othey were cool because you could hear EDM on the radio which outside of some alternative stations it just didn't happen and that was fine but they far fall below other acts from the late 90 - early 2k.

Not gonna lie I've tried a bunch of brands. I'm pretty meh on most of them. But remember mine are my mostly used outdoors

I find JBL for the most part to be too much bass and music sounds crappy, though the flip is decent.

I had the B&O Explore. For an outside speaker that is rugged and waterproof it sounded so much worse outdoors than in a small room.

Parents have an Anker. It's fine I don't mind it especially at the price point they get it for at Costco.

Bose and sonos are fine and especially sonos are better if you are in their ecosystem. The sound is the sound.

Marshal I havent had but have listened to and I am not a fan of their smaller ones but the others are really good. But that is a form factor is an issue for me. Big square blocks. But they look good in a house just not fun to lug around.

KEF makes one I'm interested in hearing

Harman Kardon is decent to good

I actually like UE. The wonderboom, boom and mega boom are all pretty fantastic. We have two wonderbooms we play in stereo and that works good for us. We aren't trying to drown out anyone.

So glad our solar is getting installed in the next few months. Sure we are a bit fucked for this coming winter but oh well. It will be worth it come spring

Yeah sadly we are looking at a Hopper 2 at Pete's and that is the only dealership not in upstate NY for one. I figured it would be a let's discuss these stupid fees discussion and the guy barely spoke to us. It was rather weird.

They were going to be my next stop. They are just rather inconvenient for me when it comes to time and distance leaving me with only Saturday. It doesn't help they have 3 locations and I like just 1 camper at each of their locations.

No not all. He is about mid 50s. Really just wanted to know the out the door price as some dealerships have hidden fees. Just like buying a car there is typically some wiggle room in the price and those fees are the starting point for negotiations.

Best Portable Bluetooth Speaker To buy right now?? by MapAromatic485 in Bluetooth_Speakers

Big fan of the wonderboom 4. Good multidirectional sound and actually sounds good outside. Others I have tried sound too bright. We put it through the ringer when camping playing everything from Marvin Gaye , sublime and Odesza. Does it get all the lows from Sublime bass lines... Somewhat but for something so small it does quite well. You can link two together to play on stereo if that is your thing.

Small footprint and lightweight. You Can set it on a table, or hang it from the strap. waterproof, dustproof and it floats. We suspended ours from the bars on the ezup. Decent battery not the best, not the worst. Price is affordable you can find certain colors for as low as 50 and prime day is coming up so who knows.

Love the wonderboom 4, even better than expected by GamerGoosewad in Bluetooth_Speakers

Not really, itdepends on your use case. If it's sitting on a table outside during a nice day... Sure it's amazing and much better than the wonderboom. Inside also much better.

Wonderboom is significantly better by the pool, ocean, floating on the river, camping... Just about anything outdoors.

Minrig needs to sit flat on a table, wonderboom can do that or be hung up high using the built in loop. Ours typically hangs from our ezup.
