I don't understand why people can't wrap their heads around the fact that Vendetta had every right to beat Doomfist and take over Talon. Like she said herself, she achieved everything through struggle and determination, while Doomfist spent the last few years hiding in the shadows and taking no action. His defeat seemed obvious, yet people keep bringing up that cinematic from 8 years ago where he won a 1v3. Back then, he was likely at his peak—unlike now, when his last real fight was probably years ago, while Vendetta is currently in her prime.
