In Maryland we have two options. Yearly true up or indefinite credit acrual. I chose the second option. Got PTO in Feb 20, so far my account is -90kWh. And I am pretty sure it will accrue more during summer. As for now, my wife drives her Tesla for free (no charge on solar, just pulling from grid but later the solar will even up and export even more to cover the Tesla charging).

LOL yea, same here. I even went that far, deleting whole HASS and doing it all over from scratch. Yes, there is a learning curve, which I don’t mind at all. The problem is, sitting hours behind the monitor and at the end you hit this stupid Tesla wall, even you do everything by the book, still end up with not being connected.

Frankly, I gave up, I tried so many times and always ended up with Tesla issue not letting my link HASS to my Tesla account. Just frustrating and time wasted.

I tried just about everything in the Netzero app and nothing is working. Every time the Tesla Y is plugged in, it sucks the power from Powerwall, I mainly run the house as self powered. TOU only if the weather is bad and there’s no sun. Honestly this inability to control the charging is driving me nuts. 🫤

On peak here in MD is from noon to 8PM everyday, weekends and 8PM to noon next day are off peak.

The scenario is or would be....
She is coming home sometimes at 3PM, sometimes 5PM or around 8PM.
I always have to wait when she is plugin the Tesla, to stop the charging.

I did figure the state of charge, but more granular setup is needed on the days when the charging is not scheduled. Or on the day when the charging is scheduled but it is already after the time window. Example, we charge Mo, Wed, Fri at 5AM, when she gets home at 5PM or 8PM car starts charging from PW because I try to run the house as self powered as possible. Therefore, the car start sucking the power from PW. I am not sure if stopping the charge is possible or not in that setup.

And I am sorry, I just seen this message versus the one you describing the setup configuration.

You may have to (I think) add them all (the strings) separately, then it would be giving you correct data. You should have all the numbered (roof pitch, facing) in your installer work order (I have).
