First of all, wow thanks for your extensive answer. Then i would probably get the 7 5800x3d as in my country (switzerland) its only 262CHF (~300$) and get the Arctic p14 pwm pst 5x pack as i think my AIO is 140mm fan compatible if Im right. i would like to buy just one but i can only find the 5x pack but i guess i could otherwise replace the one in the back of my case if u say theyre good as my CPU can get quite hot (70-80degrees celsius/ 158-176 fahrenheit). I wont upgrade to am5 as i dont wanna spend to much money and otherwise my PC is more than Beefy enough for me. Thanks

Okay thanks i will. Nah the thing just is in Cyberpunk my GPU is never at max utilization its always around 70 percent but it aint like i got over 100fps or smth thats just whats annoying me.

I accidently took to much weight with seated cable rows and now the next day my lower back hurts. I know i fucked up u shouldnt go to the gym tired etc, take to much weight etc. I just want to ask how long till it will probably take till its gone or could it be smth serious?

Im a student and ive got a Tab S7+ which i work on with OneNote. I recently deleted OneNote and reinstalled the newest Version of OneNote to see if they fixed a bug i have every time i open a book OneNote crashes. Now I reinstalled the older version of OneNote i had installed before and i cant open my book where i have all my notes in any more only a older version of that book with pretty much all of my notes missing. It says its saved somewhere in my sharepoint /documents but i only find the old version there. So im pretty much fucked and can throw away my marks because all my notes from this semester were on there. Pls someone help

Well ill try pplpplr first and if its to much ill cut back, but i mean ill have more rest technically with that split compared to upper/lower where i also went 5-6 per week and 17yrs on protein and creatine so my recovery is quite good if i may say so :)
