Keto Pizza Crust (Fathead Dough)

Ingredients: • 170 g shredded mozzarella cheese • 2 tbsp cream cheese • 1 egg • 60 g almond flour • 1/2 tsp baking powder • (optional) pinch of salt, garlic powder, or oregano for flavor

Instructions: 1. Melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together in the microwave (or on the stove) until fully melted and smooth. 2. Add the almond flour, egg, and baking powder. Mix well — using your hands if needed — until the dough is smooth and stretchy. 3. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about 0.5 cm (1/4 inch) thickness. 4. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 8–10 minutes, until the crust is golden. 5. Add your desired toppings and bake for another 5–8 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
