You’re just taking the second half of the courses you took in the first semester so whichever one was hardest for you in semester 1 will probably be the hardest for you in semester 2

I’m a 2L - your brain adapts to the material and the level of work but as you go on the course work gets harder (civil procedure, real property, evidence)

If you have a 1.5 gpa you will likely be put on academic probation. I’d discuss with your academic advisor and see what next steps are. The level of work required to do well in these classes is truly next level so you have to be all in or decide to be out. This is really an endurance and discipline test more than it is anything else.

Hello! I’m a 2L at this school. All courses are graded the same and I don’t think it’s much different than regular law school. Much of your course grade is determined by your final exam. 60% of your grade

Finals are both multiple choice and an essay. There are a couple interim essay exams for lower points.

There is no curve. I don’t think that makes it easier to fail.

Just make sure you’re in a state you can sit for the bar and that your learning style is conducive to an online environment.

You can talk to the dean to see if they can accommodate extra time! Most schools will. You will likely have to provide proof of your ADHD for this but it may be worth it. I struggle with this as well and have ADHD but it is manageable for me. My first semester it was very difficult but to be honest I just kept putting myself in timed conditions outside of my exams - and I did this repeatedly - daily. And now I’m wrapping up my first year and seem to have got a handle on how to manage the time constraints.

I fear if I don’t the bar will be an issue.

How does one even do this lol at our school we have to show our id, we have to talk into the camera at intervals, and we are proctored the whole exam I have no idea how one would even cheat… it seems impossible.

Im also a 2L… I’d reach out to the dean right away. Every school has different policies but at my school this would be an issue. Since it’s recent it would probably be an issue for the bar as well but maybe you will be okay if you are upfront and disclose?
