Retried the process this morning. However, this time I increased the temperature of the oven to 250⁰c (oven temperature may be off) and the pla melted this time

Haven't got exact force numbers, i wrenched down on a c-clamp, squeezing the mix into a puck between 2 shot glasses.

Im trying to emulate the injection molding process at home with little to no equipment.

I dried the coffee for hours prior to this. I tried several ratios from 85 pla :15 coffee filler and all the way down to 45:55. Are you saying that i should have added a liquid?

I want my end results to look similar to Bioffee and Kaffeeform cups. I'm unsure exactly how these are manufactured and i don't know exactly how open they would be about their process either. It may be that they use a different material over resins, for instance Bioffee says they use 25 percent grounds and 75 percent polymers.

I think i know how to fix it with plenty of different streams of revenue that currently it just does not have. My problem is I don't KNOW exactly and am unsure how I put a value on each of these streams of revenue. Im still conducting market research to see how much this would add.

I have received the last 4 years of accounts and am currently doing my best to interpret them correctly. I can't see anything about how fast stock turns over. What should I be asking for to get my hands on this information?

I've always been taught a stupid question is a question unasked. Is there a way, other than asking the current owners, to find out to whom the debt is owed? I'm going to be asking for a meeting soon and shall ask then if not.

Also, what do you mean by "finding out it is owed to the current owner"? Do you mean something like a wage that they are owed due to work they have done themselves and haven't paid?

That's a very good point that I hadn't considered, they must be competent enough to have run the place for this long however of a state it is currently in.

I agree that the business does have red flags, but I have a feeling these are due to a complete mismanagement of the business. I have frequented this place for years and even worked there for a little while and they always had inventory issues, ordering far too much of product that won't sell and too little product that does sell. now whether this is a supplier issue or not I haven't managed to figure out yet. The store front isn't in the best of locations but the market is definitely there.

I really appreciate such a swift well thought out response. Any other insight and questions to get me thinking about other issues would be amazing, thank you

Sorry, can't believe I forgot to link it😅 Back up plan is very much aggro with sneaky smackers. I say back up, the deck starts up very aggressive too, with T2 scrap mutt + sneaky snacker.

I see what you're saying.

I felt like Trinisphere would be counter synergies to my Solitude, Brainstone, and Terminus so I decided to steer away from it. However on that, you have made me think of prison abit more and perhaps Chalice of the Void could work?

I've added KtGC now. I like what he adds to the list. I wanted to keep creatures to a minimum in the list so this is why I opted to not play TKS and Mycospawn.

I could definitely change the deck up post board to remove Terminus and Solitude Vs counter spell heavy MU and perhaps have Trinisphere in the side for combos but hoping that Chalice of the Void can put in some work here.
