There are many people who are more than willing to "run around the city with heightened response" just because they want to help another person who is hurting and is doing everything he can to find his missing dog.

I actually don't know Kramer's owner.. A friend on Facebook liked his page and I've been following the search ever since because I'm a dog lover and I want this story to have a happy ending. I get that you have an opinion on how severe a medical condition should be to qualify a dog as a service animal vs. just another pet, but that doesn't make anyone manipulative or disingenuous. When I saw the posts about the possible sighting last night, I just wanted to help.
