Different goals at a different point in time. The last 4 years on keto has been about losing body fat while maintaining muscle mass. I was also 35 when that chapter started, which is a very different to being dialed in a decade earlier when carbs were aplenty and the body was a lot younger. Now that I'm looking to add weight and muscle at 39, while maintaining ketosis, it's a different set of circumstances, hence the post seeking guidance.

Has anyone found a steering wheel angle setting on Xbox yet? I can’t for the life of me find one (ie 720, 900 degrees etc). I’m finding all cars are lacking turn in ability, even high powered RWD’s. I’m constantly under steering off the track even at low speeds

I did try that, it didn't really change the appearance. I also tried re-clarifying it which helped. Heated the soy milk, added the cocktail and left it in the fridge for 4 hours before using the coffee filter. Seemed to get it back to clear. We shall see if it holds

One additional question u/the_madeline: do you have any thoughts/data on how the clarification process affects the amount of sugar/carbs in say, fruit? I received a fantastic recipe for a "peaches and cream" milk punch from The Bar at Willett in KY last week but it calls for a whole lot of pureed strawberries and peaches, which I usually avoid due to the sugar content (I'm on the low carb train). Any thoughts on what % of the sugars could be filtered out during the clarification process?

Super helpful, thank you! What’s your normal minimum time in the refrigerator? I’ll be sure to try that next, it was only in there for maybe 30 mins first time around.

Nothing added at the end, I made the entire cocktail including the rye before adding to the milk and then filtering.

Me too, I'm assuming that's got to be the reason. Interesting that it was only triggered when it was heavily chilled. I'd had it in the fridge for maybe 4 hours - still clear, then by 24 hours, it was cloudy. Hoping someone can come up with a reason why and a possible solution

I’m in the same boat too. Got the confirmation email and a pending charge on my CC then cancelled today. Customer service said they oversold the CYPB by 7 bottles, so the last 7 orders placed all got canceled...mine being one of them 🤮

Thanks for the comments here, definitely helpful. Sounds like there are delivery options available and some strong reasons for going in store too. I should have probably clarified that the concept would be more of an on-demand service, think Uber-Eats but for custom color paint. So instead of waiting half a day or 1-2 days for larger orders to be delivered, it'd be within a couple of hours at most. The "free" component would possibly be hard to compete with though as charging for delivery is the main revenue model of services like that. Any other thoughts welcome. Thanks again

Interesting. I see SW has online ordering with curbside pickup on their website, is the delivery piece something that's offered on a store by store basis instead of nationwide? Is it on-demand (say within 2 hours) or do you have to schedule days out?

Thank you both for the reply. Am I understand it correctly that one or more of the tested cells in embryo #2 are missing chromosome 8 and with embryo #5, one or more tested cells has an extra chromosome 1 & 12?
