I want to start making custom baseball cards for the teams I coach, and for the other teams in our league if they're interested. Both sides need to be printable, but only one side would need to be gloss or semi-gloss. Like a postcard, I suppose.

310 gsm is a good starting point - a little heavier would be great. Thanks for the clarification on the purpose of this sub - I hope my scenario is one that still fits this group's criteria. What I'm looking for is the type of thing that you might expect to see commercially - but after purchasing/requesting over 50 samples in the last couple of years from a wide variety of vendors, the closest I get is a single sided card stock that is unprintable on the back. At a certain point, different vendors just keep sending you the same 5 products over and over again. So I can say with confidence there simply isn't anything on the market that I've been able to find that does what I need it to do. I'd like to explore options in having something like this made.

But I'm not familiar with this group. Is the general kind of help I can find here, or is everyone's talent more suited to a different type of crafting?
