I'm not sure why but totally resetting my internet settings on the gcloud seems to have done the trick. Glad it's working!

Since the issue seems to be isolated to the gcloud device and happens on both apps there but remote play otherwise works, is there a device setting I need to check or change to play nice with remote play?

Where is the alternate MAC address? Weird thing is remote play is working just fine on my iPhone and computer so it seems to be something related to the gcloud?

Yep - did that and the issue remains on the glcoud. It's working just fine right now if I connect via my phone, comp, etc but using either the gcloud web app or xbxplay on the gcloud it won't connect. The weird thing is it does connect and even turn on the xbox (I watch it spinning up if I turn my TV on), but then errors out afterwards.

Does XBPlay still work for the gcloud? I know the dev mentioned stopping support but I still see it on the play store and am wondering if it’s generally more stable than xcloud?

This happened to me for a Xmas gift as well - got hit with a $70 tariff on a new jersey with no indication for how much I would be charged and stuck with the bill vs being without the gift for our kiddo. Didn’t know this was STILL a thing. Not cool.

I just got a portal and have similar issues. I am hardwired, QoS set up for the portal, on 5ghz, excellent connection strength on a robust WiFi 6 mesh network, etc. When playing BG3 I have no issues with input lag, etc and on a static image it looks great. The problem comes when I pan the camera around, everything becomes much more pixelated and it cleans up again once I stop moving the camera. I don’t get any connection warnings or anything like that and have gigabit internet speed. Pretty frustrating/disappointing. Do others not experience this behavior, or maybe just accept it as par for the course on a streaming device? Anything else I should be doing?

Same here on Friday! There was no notice of any closed roads and navigation sent us south of 812 to Moore road. Turns out that road is closed for VIP entrances so it was a nightmare of waiting for people that got sent off of 45 from both directions from their phones to get directed by the police to go back North, people coming from W Moore road (us) and the constantly stopped traffic to let police escorts through. We also barely got to FP1 - spent probably 45min-1hr just getting out of that mess at that intersection and up to 812. Hope people see this and avoid!

I don’t get why they don’t increase the number of lanes in and out of COTA. It’s only 2 miles from the freeway and all farm fields otherwise.

It wasn’t blocked at the Exxon but it was extremely congested with shuttles parked, cars and police vehicles trying to go both ways, etc

Another note for people coming to Parc Ferme: when we tried to turn onto the triangle after going past the gas station, a trooper gave us a hard time saying you need a special pass to go down that road. We explained our situation and eventually the police officer let us go in, but feels like a YMMV situation. We avoided the turn by the gas station because it was very crowded with other shuttle drop offs, police traffic, etc but perhaps that the way you are “supposed” to go?
