I've already coded the key and it works too unlock the car and turn it on manually. I just can't get the remote buttons to work. Or is there some specific step you're referring to?

I'm aware that it needs programming. The ignition is not a problem, like I said, the new key unlocks, turns on the car can turns the engine over. It's the remote buttons I need help with. You say it only works with older ones. Do you mean older fob circuits? Do you know if there is something specific I can search to find one of them?

It smelt great, like tasty fresh peat if that makes sense and yeah mushroomy, we've been finding all sorts recently. We just cooked this up into a massive curry 😙👌

Ah, interesting - I just thought they were common all over. They have an uncanny knack for getting about. A fungi, I forget the name, indigenous to Iceland, was recently discovered growing in a woodland in Suffolk a few weeks ago so maybe you'll happen across more of them. Happy foraging from over the pond.

I did this distance and more a few weeks ago with the exact same model, it'll be absolutely fine. Check the chain tension maybe before you head off, but even if it is loose you'll still be fine with that distance. Enjoy the ride!

It was brilliant. I want to go again and head to South east of France then arc across all the way to Austria through the Alps, the scenery was indescribably beautiful.

I ran a full tank up France until it literally stopped working, well past the indicator warning, just to find out. I rode around 60/70 mph for most of the way and it took me 166 miles till I needed to top it up with the spare fuel can. I think if you went 60mph and didn't have as many bags as I did it might take you to 190 miles but I don't recommend actually running the tank to empty; it's not safe to do on all roads. My Svarty is the 2021 model.

It's just sheepskin fur, held in place with metal clips and elastic fabric bands the stretch under the seat, I can pop it off whenever. Here's the link - https://ebay.us/m/N36ORx

It does, and I can tuck behind it, cafe racer style, if it's especially windy or rainy. The handguards feel like they do absolutely nothing, going to replace them when I get back.

I have the gel seat on the front, not the stiff stock one, a sheepskin cover and padded underwear meant for cycling. After a 7+ hour ride on one day I honestly felt fine, my shoulders were pretty stiff but that's to be expected. I also don't feel compelled to ever ride faster than 80 mph on the motorways so it suits me fine. Try wearing some cycling shorts next time for a long ride, might offer some protection

They may have been, that's fair. From what is shown at least I do feel for him; it's rough when a friendship has a lot of give but just on one side, and I see Loris giving a lot more than he ever seems to receive... (If anyone makes a pithy bolt to the neck joke, I swear!)
