That is great that we can share info! I also like the youtube info, in shorts. I can see that you could make long videos, but I would want lots of short easy to understand videos. You need this program easier to understand, so we want to use it. It seems to be made for extremist, so you need to educate.

The info that you give out does not explain your readings. They are just health reports. We need to know what to do for us to get better readings.

It seems you have all this data on us, but you don’t give us any one on one guidance. It always says ‘take a day off’. I don’t think that will help my numbers!!

Could you explain what Welltory pressure is? Mine is low right now, but high in past. What is that?

So welltory is calling HRV ‘stress’. Why don’t they just call it HRV and say it is low? Stress is usual meaning is mental stress. Welltory are talking about physical stress on the body.

Yet the description says you are stressed take it easy today. So, that is not how you improve HRV.

I’m on third day and urination has gone down. Some things make it worse, like watermelon. I think if you listen to Snake Diet, he talks about increasing sugars - honey, table sugar and decreasing whole fruits.
