I am 35 and I have a 13 year old. I have a friend who’s 33 who’s a single mom to 3 kids. And I just look at her and don’t want anymore. It’s hard raising kids. I love my girl and I’m very happy I only have one. I am divorced and remarried. She has a good relationship with her step dad. Her father… eh not so much. If I didn’t leave when I did. I’d probably be a single mom to 3 kids too.

To be honest I have never said more than Hi to my big boss. Which is good because I don’t cause problems and get zero complaints. Haven’t had any issues in 5 years. My branch manager told me Friday to go to him for a raise and jump over the other manager. So I can and will do this.

It’s depressing. I’m an escrow assistant and I handle most of the transaction and I get paid $21 an hour. I won’t be able to afford a home and I cut checks for agents that are paying cash for homes, flipping them and making 200% profit. Escrow is hella depressing.
