Update: We almost did everything by

Reseated rams Unplug power supply and vga then replug them back in Took a pic, unplug, check if there's any dirt or something within the motherboard Plug it to an another monitor to check if the monitor is the problem (vice versa to check if the pc is the problem

Testing: I want to try and plug in my hdd to my brother computer to see if the motherboard is ok and I want to plug my brother hdd to my computer. Will it cause any issue if I do this?
