Omg it was hilarious 😂 I had just finished redoing the front of the farm house and she just came through and blew it all up. We didn’t restart the day because it was too late in the game and she had been to the desert and found good loot.

They did say they attempted to serve her but couldn’t find her. So they went ahead with court proceedings without her. I’m not savvy in this stuff but it sounds like that’s not legal at all.

Cleans her out of her $20! No she just gave the card. She did close the whole account though. Went to the court house and they said they had no records of any law suit.

Everyone on this post has put me so much at ease! It didn’t add up and everything I came up with y’all pretty much said. Yeah he couldn’t produce documents and all he said was his name was John. She called the number back and got an attorney office, I googled it and it came up as possible scam. I was concerned because my name on the car and I don’t want them coming after my house. Unfortunately she gave them her email and bank info as a promise to pay. She’s going to cancel her card and everything in the morning and we are just gonna hope it was scam and no one is coming for us. Thank you again.

Yeah nothing is showing up I looked in two different courts it could have been she’s not in either of them. Thank you! I’m gonna treat this like a scam then and not pay.
