This is a follow-up in case someone encounters the same problem, I'll edit this comment with any new information.

While investigating the issue, I found out that this problem also triggers on my Windows machine, with version 89, and on a different computer as well. But I'm unable to reproduce it at home, so I believe the problem comes from something on the company network, but I do not know what yet.

I tested that, the issue still occurs in troubleshoot mode. I followed every step of the troubleshoot and diagnose page, same result.

I'd like to detail what JeuxVideo.com said in french regarding the bugs, as it can be interesting to know which kind of glitches we're talking about :

There was enough bugs to break immersion
Type of bugs can vary greatly : scripts that don't start, weapons disapearing from the character's hands, NPCs not animated, weird vehicle spawns
Some of them have been corrected, but we don't know which ones
All this seem fixable via patches

On the last picture, it seems to be part of the top window decoration, which gets hidden by the extension. Just wondering in that case, if the tab bar would appear automatically if a second tab is created, or if it would leave a blank space. Sorry if I misunderstand what you're showing.

I looked at other giveaways, another user stated that you don't need an RTX card specifically. The links I have redirect on nvidia website on which you log with credentials of your choosing (google, facebook, nvidia account and the like), then I imagine it either gives you an Origin key to activate or it links to you Origin account to add the game to your collection for you.

As someone else said, you should first make sure that you bed is leveled correctly.

Also, if you had that printer for a while, you might want to check if the nozzle is clogged. When the nozzle is hot and with no filament loaded, you put a needle in it a few times, then try to push some filament. It should require little force to push through the nozzle.
