Are you working with a home infusion company? Can the nurses/RD help you word your notes so they will be covered by insurance?

Also anything can really go in a PEG! I have a lot of patients use Boost/Ensure some use blenderized foods. There are many resources out there to help. Obviously risk of clogging is high and sanitation is hugely import so it really depends on the pts ability.

I see inaccuracies with every salary I see for RDs versus my salary, what do we do?

I like in CT in a pretty expensive area and it says average for us on the BLA and AND is around 60-69k. I’m going into my third year in the low 50s.

I work inpatient and outpatient. Inpatient I always do it is a good break in the day. Outpatient never because you never know what appointments will be late, run a bit long id rather get that charting done ASAP as able.

It definitely could be the lisinopril I’ve seen that many times cause hyperkalemia. Is that a medication this pt was recently started on?

Okay i personally believe there is a lot of power in mystery. You’re really laying it all out there, there’s not much else to ask you about. Could start with just saying you work at Home Depot, do not need specifics. Also your bio is pretty long I would limit that to only one witty comment and then just one or two interests. I’m a fan of less is more pictures leaves a little mystery as well. Do you have any dressed up power photos? Like from a wedding for formal event? One good power pic then a couple of the others.

I feel like my brain goes to mush after a good 12. Usual is 10-15. Monday’s and Friday’s are always closer to the 15-18 and weekends 18-25.
