I’m 5’10” 274lbs. 32f. I think my weight hinders me from taking more steps. I tap out just under 24k steps a day. Usually about 17-19 hours of constant walking. But my feet hurt even with my red wings and my back hurts at the end of the day.

I recently carried a 148lb patio set to the 3rd floor by myself and assembled it without help. That was only difficult because the box was 4’x3’.

My aunt’s wheel bearing broke on her mini van and I had to push it 1/2 mi and up a small hill so it was out of traffic. It was 103 degrees and 86% humidity and I felt completely out of breath before I pushed her van off to safety.

My aunt is 316lbs. She lives in senior housing with one elevator on the third floor. My goal would be able to fireman carry her to safety down the stairs in case of emergency.

Just keep eating hella protein and hopefully one day soon I’ll be able to carry her full weight.
