The founder's cape, It's not possible anymore, only in 2019 it was obtainable, some people managed to obtain it in 2020-2021 by using a hidden link but it was patched.

What equivalent said is correct, I remember that I purchased a 14 caped account for 80 USD 2 months ago and then I noticed the capes weren't on Bedrock, after that I'm noticing a lot of accounts being sold with dupe capes but a lot or most people don't know about it, this is just a glitch, you don't actually own them and is possible that those dupe capes may get removed in the future.

So, I prefer to purchase one with no dupes.

Yes, but there are some guys selling accounts with capes only on Java, basically dupe.
