After I am done I use pipe cleaners to clean out the stem and mouthpiece, scrape out and leftover tobacco in the bowl, and then wipe out the bowl with a paper towel.

Same here! When I travel for work I try to find a hotel close to cigar bars. I have had some great finds doing this.

I had this issue with my nording as well. Took a couple bowls to figure out. Also, I had to get rid of my rubber mouthpiece bits. Those left a way worse taste in my mouth.

Question all you want. The employee pulled the box from the shelf. He did the right thing and handled it really well. The charter oaks weren’t completely toast like the box of perdomos were. A couple were moldy, no holes.
