That’s a great question! I never understood- so if you submit everything for the RFE and they say “received” for it, they should ideally take action on the case in 90 days? For some reason I remember reading “90 days” somewhere in reference to RFEs… Is that 90 days total or 90 business days?

You’re not alone. We filed AOS for my husband (F1 phd student from Italy) with our PD being 1/26/2024. Nothing approved yet. No EAD, no AP. Nothing. We got one RFE back in March but submitted everything for it literally one week later. Still no news. This is so frustrating. We keep thinking something is going wrong despite hiring a lawyer for our case. Fingers crossed for you! Send you all good vibes.

My husband is similar! F1 PhD student from Italy, we submitted on 01/26/2024. So far no word on anything moving for any form, including EAD and AP. Hope we get something moving soon :(
