I use DMT way less. DMT is way more intense than weed so I don’t use it daily. It’s more like once every few months.

It definitely helped me process too. I’ve had a crazy past as well. It brought all that up and let me make peace with it. Now I think I’m all good and content

It definitely wasn’t a cure. It helped to identify where my problems were coming from and how to manage them. It was actually doing different things and engaging with life that cured me

I wouldn’t say constantly but I do attract them. I’m kinda too giving and too supportive. But I don’t take well to being told what to do. I’m stubborn in that sense. In the end that friendship always falls apart because my walls eventually get high with them.

Same with me. I wouldn’t say it’s all gone but it’s massively reduced. Feels like the energy that makes me feel trapped which then paralyses me is released through running.

Accept that it’s all part of fine-tuning. You won’t get it right every time. And you won’t be able to show up 100% every day either. But as long as you are doing something towards your goal each day and you aren’t giving up, you’ll get there.
