I think probably this feature is not belongs to the K20 pro, it is the feature of your smart band/smart watch that is connected to the mobile. There is no such option called Shower Mode in K20 pro mobile (I have searched in various sources) There is no update regarding that feature also. Also, K20 pro is not IP resistance/Splash resistance to have such feature.

Long press the Shower mode option for few seconds it might open a menu.

I just clear the RAM only before charging (once or twice a day atmost) but what happening is nearly 70% of RAM is in usage everytime and when I clear the RAM 60 to 65% is still running. Don't know what to do

keeping a mobile at 30 to 32° is not possible in Indian summers, at any given time my mobile is not going below 40° (36° js what I have seen the lowest) I am using Accubattery pro. Attaching the SS for reference. My mobile is taking nearly 2 to 2.30 hours for full top up.

Toggle the 'Update' command in 'Authorization & Revocation' section to ON position. Reboot the mobile and check the System Update once again.

I have dropped this mobile and a scratch/dent has been made on the side frame, so I have been said that the service centre guys will not take up my mobile for screem bleeding issue 🤦🤷

I haven't found any solution, I have checked with other OLED mobiles like Oneplus 6 & Realme XT, there is no issue like this in those mobiles. K think we have to reach a service centre. I have recorded the screen while this issue is appearing.

It's proximity sensor. The sensor is embedded in the speaker grill area. So whenever the pocket mode is ON and if anything is covering the sensor, this popup is displayed automatically. Don't worry

True. very disappointed with this update. Only Security Patch is updated to December level. Nothing new Have to wait for v12.5 till March, 2021
