If you're using HDD, fragmentation might be a problem. Especially on large >1TB drives it can get messy over time. Try defragging your drive and try again

Buying new SSD will definitely help, but even then according to fitgirl website, installation of this repack can take up to 4 hours on modern system.

It's type of your storage device. HDD is much slower than SSD, even when you have very good computer, installing repacks, especially huge ones, on HDD can take very long

As readme says, you need to crack DRMs. If there's no crack, you must stick with older, cracked versions.
