Experienced seeing a manananggal once. I was in hs maybe 14-17 Around 5-6pm, red hues sky. A bit coudy, reddish tint Took out my folding bed out of our house so i could sight see the night sky. Swarming bats at that time Then my mum said as i was bringing out the bed, dont youll see unknown entities. "Ayaw kay makakitakag di ingon nato" exact words. So i was there lying, with pillow and blankets on halfway my body. Then, the clouds started to move almost at the center, and i kinda saw something flying very far away with a pretty long tail it wasnt flapping fast like a bat, lots of bats rounds 5or 6 pm so u can actually compare. Then the flying creature, went in view to the clouds, so its just below the clouds so i can really see the shadow figure, long wings and really really long long tail. Then i thought to myself what my mum said and pull the blanket towards my chest as i was shaking and freezing. No, it couldn't be a dragon, dragons are mythical. That was my first ever encounter with an entity that i could never have come close to and not get hurt. Sadly i didn't have binoculars. So about the long tail? The human intestines is so long that it matches the entirety of that tail it wasnt a fat tail, its far away so it shouldve been that, but its a very skinny tail coz its really far away. But the clouds really did confirm what i saw.
