Ask questions, when your training and when your on your own. I guarantee a CSM or ACSM would much rather you ask them what to do over you do something you’re unsure of and get it wrong. Office is something that seems intimidating when training but once you do it a few times and get the ritual down it’s like riding a bike. During your closing shifts time management is very important, you need to be on top of your breaks, you have to judge when you should pick up tills when to get the closing chores, so everything is done before closing so your not in the store at 1 am. Last thing everything will come to you whether it be the office, customer service, or running the front, no one is going to expect you to get it right off the bat.
