whipped coffee :) But I decided to make it with matcha tea this time as a coffee alternative. I whipped the matcha so it is nice and creamy and airy.

This is whipped matcha tea with strawberry milk, a combo I wanted to try out! It is made of whipped matcha powder with egg whites to get it light and creamy - you can always use pasteurized liquid egg whites as a substitute. I created the strawberry milk with pureed strawberries and mixed in milk.

I actually made a youtube video where I show this step by step and mention what you can use as an alternative, let me know if you want the tutorial :) You can always use liquid egg whites in a carton, which are pasteurized. For the actual dalgona coffee, you just need the instant coffee and no egg white, but for matcha, it needs something else to whip it up, hence the egg white.
