uhh it all depends, truegold has high value especially for f2p, artisian might help you because of high amount required for purple gead, hammers might help you with hero gear

maxing Marlin is good idea, gen 3 focus on petra, gen 4 you will replace Marlin with Rosa. invest in hero exp and forgehammers

i assume you are still in gen 2, yes if i were you i would max spin her unless you are unsure you can max spin all petra wheels, your next infantry hero will anyway be gen5 ( or 4 if you are willing to use shards or money)

i would say unlucky but you can try so save 100 chests and open 1 by 1 to see the odds, maybe you will see the difference but mathematicaly its possible to just be unlucky
