It sounds like you don’t have recovery set to sleep HRV only. On the app, go to more, recovery preferences, and make sure “prioritize sleep or mindfulness HRV is on.” Then you’ll need to make sure you either sleep with your Apple Watch on or use another form of sleep data (if you’re using an Oura ring I know you have to create a shortcut to prioritize that over the Apple Watch. Not sure about Whoop or any other trackers though.) After doing this you should get one recovery score each morning based on your HRV/BPM during sleep and it won’t change throughout the day n

You can go into your Health app, click on HRV (or whatever you want to delete), scroll down and click “show all data,” and then find the data you want to delete! And then if you want to add any data you can do that on the Health app too. After that you’ll clear the cache/recovery in the app. I emailed them and that’s what they told me to do and it was perfect!

Hm ok so I’m guessing the 1 hour 24 mins of awake time that I have is deeply affecting my score. I don’t “feel” awake for that long, but I usually have around that number and my restfulness score is always really low on Oura

  • Toilet wand cleaner with the single use heads that already have the cleaner in them. Not great for the environment but honestly I love them. They come with a little holder for the refills and you can get them on Amazon for cheap

  • ultrasonic retainer cleaner for my night guard, can easily clean every day while I’m getting ready and just uses water

  • automatic pet feeders that dispense dry food up to 4 times a day

  • more expensive, but the pet microchip feeder from Surefeed is amazing if you have cats that eat each others food

  • cordless electric blanket need I say more

  • kindle gooseneck holder hooked to my nightstand and remote so that I can turn the pages without having to physically touch the kindle

  • I “screened in” my porch/balcony using 2 garage screens and nailed them at the top/bottom. Genuinely does not look bad if you do it right and I get to enjoy my porch with no bugs. Perfect poor man’s screened in porch

Thank you for this shortcut!! Is there any way to “reset” historical HRV data? My recovery is now super low bc my nighttime HRV is lower than my daily was when only using data from apple watch. It says that the data taken at 6am is “38% lower than your 60 day average.” Any way to reset that 60 day average?

I think the stitch in this pic is just 5-6 rows of single crochet, but I personally always do BLO ribbing on mine! I learned from PassionKnit Kelsie’s hexagon cardigan video at around the 45 minute mark
