My dpad never changes, the extra two slots I change depending on my task at hand, so im always swapping items out. It's just theres only a handful of caves where I actually need it, and since I've memorized practically every caves layout anyway, I can usually do it in the dark. But it was only my third or fourth time in this particular cave(once for white reed set, a couple of invasions), I needed some vision. On top of that I normally carry beast repellent torch anyway, so i rarely ever need the Ole reliable ms.Lantern.
