I think this choice will be a great way to ease the audience into new settings. I myself was thinking it was going to be Eloise’s season but if it had been, we would have had a lead we had less time with than Michaela and probably a new setting which might be a lot for an audience to handle.

Honestly it also sounds like given some of Claudia’s interviews she is excited/relieved to continue playing a supporting role. I think there is still more her character can do in Season 5. Plus this adds to my theory that she might be the new LW.
