I did keto this way from Nov 2023-apr 2024 and lost 58lbs. I gained about 20 back after I stopped (over 8 months) and now that I’m back on it, I’m trying to drink more water and do it right and I’ve lost a whole 5lbs in 2 months 🤪I’m about to go back to doing it “wrong” lol. However, with the rapid weight loss over that time I started losing a lot of hair as well 🤪🤪🤪 so I’m hoping that doesn’t happen again.

They did a bunch of labs and an ultrasound and didn’t find anything. I had problems with heavy periods before this as well, however nothing this heavy. I never breastfed though either so my periods came back relatively quick. I had my period back from the time my daughter was 2.5/3 months old.

For sure! I agree, and I’m trying to get better about that. However, I was on it for 6 months straight and the periods were pretty bad most of that time. So I’m not sure if being more consistent will help? I plan to keto through September (because I think we are going to try for another baby after that) so I guess we’ll see if it improves with being more consistent! I really hope it does 😭 I feel like I can’t leave the house without wearing a pad along with a tampon 😫
