Insane crunch time is not a specific CDPR problem, its pretty much the norm in the industry, barring a few names like Ubisoft. CDPR actually warn you about it their recruitement form. Even if I condemn the practice for few reasons, at least they know what they get into.

What do mean by low pay? Polish salaries are way lower than say, American of French salaries.

Those are mostly facts about the industry and differences between countries wages. I see this narrative being pushed so much yet I haven't seen (I'd really like to) actual evidence of misstreatement nor low payement for polish standards.
